About The Role:

Shape our product strategy and foster data-driven decisions by helping to set the right KPIs, analyzing users’ behavior and creating visibility into our products performance.

Analyze large and complex data sets to discover product insights and help translate them into actionable recommendations.

Build reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported

Design and maintain ongoing Marketing metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards to drive key business decisions.

Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives. Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success.

Mentor other Analysts, including overseeing work progress and quality.

Mandatory Requirements:

A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Data / Business Analyst or a similar role.

BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic background. Proficient level of SQL – MUST.

Experience with Tableau, Qlikview or other BI tools (our team uses Tableau).

Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex model to gain an insight

Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent team player, and strong attention to details

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to Managers.
